terms of service.
These terms cover a nicebaas account, including a paid plan that renews until you cancel.
Effective October 13, 2026.
who operates nicebaas
nicebaas is operated by Cofactor, LLC.
Stripe is the payment processor. Each product will have its own Stripe account.
Postal address: 4301 S Flamingo Rd, Ste 106 PMB 610, Davie, FL 33330.
Support: support@cofactor.consulting. The contact page is the support page.
the service
nicebaas is a managed backend for an app: project-scoped data, sign-in, files, and Studio, the admin panel.
An account may be on a free plan or a paid plan. The plans, the price of each paid plan, and the billing period are published on the pricing page.
[NICEBAAS PRICING: confirm] This page does not restate dollar amounts.
These terms do not promise an uptime figure or a support response time.
subscription and automatic renewal
A paid plan is a subscription. It renews automatically for another period of the same length, at the price then shown for that plan, until you cancel.
The length of the period and the amount charged are the ones on the pricing page. [NICEBAAS PRICING: confirm]
Before that renewal, we send a reminder 7 days before renewal for monthly plans and 30 days before renewal for annual plans.
The renewal, cancellation, and refund terms are also on the refunds and cancellation page.
cancellation
If you are signed in, open Studio, go to billing, and choose Cancel at renewal. Studio asks you to confirm before the cancellation is scheduled.
The paid plan stays available until the end of the period already paid. It then becomes the free plan. Cancel before the renewal if you do not want the next charge.
You can also ask to cancel by writing to support@cofactor.consulting from the email address on the account.
refunds
You can cancel and request a refund at any time. We refund the unused portion of the current billing period on a prorated basis.
Cancelling stops the next renewal. The prorated refund for the current period is described on the refunds and cancellation page.
acceptable use
You may use nicebaas for a lawful project. You are responsible for the people you invite to the account and for the data you store.
- Do not break the law with the account, and do not store data you have no right to store.
- Do not attack the service, another customer, or that customer’s end users.
- Do not probe, scan, or overload the service except through a test the operator has agreed to in writing.
- Do not use the service to send malware or to take over someone else’s account.
The operator may suspend an account that breaks these rules. Write to support@cofactor.consulting if you think a suspension is wrong.
export restrictions
You may not use nicebaas where a sanctions rule or an export-control rule prohibits the operator from providing the service to you.
Project data you store can be read through the API and through the exports the product already offers, including form CSV export. These terms do not add an export tool or promise a file format that the product does not already provide.
payments
Stripe is the payment processor. Each product will have its own Stripe account, including nicebaas.
Card details are entered in Stripe’s hosted checkout. This page does not collect a card number.
The words that appear on a card statement are set on that Stripe account. Those words are not confirmed on this page.
customer project data
You keep the project data you store. You are responsible for having a lawful reason to store it, including data about your own end users.
For that project data, Cofactor, LLC processes it on your instructions. The privacy policy states where Cofactor, LLC is the controller and where it is the processor.
law and liability
These terms are governed by the law of Florida.
Disputes about these terms are brought in the courts of Florida, once that place is confirmed. These terms do not add an arbitration clause.
To the extent the law allows, the operator is not liable for lost profits or other indirect damages. A liability cap stated as a dollar amount is not confirmed on this page.
changes
The operator may update these terms. The date at the top is October 13, 2026 until a real date is confirmed.
The current terms, the privacy policy, and the refunds and cancellation page are linked from the footer and from the pricing page.
