what to include
For a cancellation or a refund, name the account email and the plan. Renewal and refund terms are on the refunds and cancellation page. You can cancel and request a refund at any time, and we refund the unused portion of the current billing period on a prorated basis.
For a privacy request, say whether it is about your own account or about project data you stored. The privacy policy explains controller and processor. The terms of service cover the account.
