A paid plan is billed in advance and renews automatically until you cancel.

Each renewal is another period of the same length, at the price then shown for that plan on the pricing page.

The free plan has no charge and no renewal.

Stripe is the payment processor for the renewal charge. Each product will have its own Stripe account, so the nicebaas charge is on the nicebaas Stripe account.

Before a paid plan renews, we send a reminder 7 days before renewal for monthly plans and 30 days before renewal for annual plans.

Signed-in cancellation is in the product. Open Studio, go to billing, and choose Cancel at renewal. Studio shows a confirmation step before the cancellation is scheduled.

The paid plan remains active until the end of the period already paid. It then becomes the free plan. Cancel before the renewal date if you do not want the next charge.

You can also cancel by writing to support@cofactor.consulting from the email address on the account. Use the contact page for that address.

A plan change that is not an immediate upgrade starts on the next billing date. An upgrade uses Stripe’s hosted checkout. This page does not start a checkout.

You can cancel and request a refund at any time. We refund the unused portion of the current billing period on a prorated basis.

Cancelling stops the next renewal. To get the prorated refund for the current period, ask for it when you cancel or at any time after.
